Cabin Comfort

We have 2 standard cabins nestled high up on the Ridge, secluded amidst tall pine trees with a scenic vista below. These standard cabins are furnished with two twin beds, storage shelves, battery powered reading lights, rugs, chairs and a heater (for cooler weather). Each cabin provides plenty of room for two people plus their dog or one person with one or multiple dogs. The solitude and fresh air will easily make sleeping a joy for you and your dog! Each bed is outfitted with a mattress covered with a fitted sheet, a comforter (unzipped sleeping bag) and a pillow with pillowcase. Many guests opt to bring their own bed linens, pillows, sleeping bags and/or blankets.

Situated below the Ridge, are 2 spacious large cottages, each with two twin 'large-man' cots, dressers, battery powered reading lights, rugs and chairs and a heater for when those nights turn chilly. The peaceful setting gives you plenty of privacy and also quick access to nearby trails. The views from the windows are gorgeous! The large cottages easily sleep two people with their dogs. They are perfect for friends vacationing together or for a couple who want lots of space to unwind. Each bed is outfitted with a mattress covered with a fitted sheet, a comforter (unzipped sleeping bag) and a pillow with pillowcase. Many guests opt to bring their own bed linens, pillows, sleeping bags and/or blankets.

Fresh water is brought to your cabin quarters for you and your dog to make your stay more comfortable. The cabins and cottages are rustic and do not have electricity or shower or toilet facilities. Shower and toilet facilities (see below) are located just 100 feet away. Cabins and cottages are equipped with heaters.

Facilities

Showers and toilets
Our shower and toilets facilities are private and conveniently located adjacent to the dining pavilion. There are 2 shower rooms, each with their own private entrances. Each room has a tiled shower stall with hot and cold water. There's plenty room to change and space for your belongings with wall hooks, shelves and a bench. The 2 toilet rooms each have a flushing toilet. On the outside are a pair of vanities with mirrors.

Dining pavilion
Our pavilion is an outdoor dining shelter. In the middle is a huge free-standing wood burning grill, roomy enough for a large group feast or for an individual meal. We also have a gas grill and charcoal grill available to use. The pavilion also has a food prep counter and numerous picnic tables. Our new pantry shed houses refrigerators and freezers and shelves for you to store your food during your stay. Pots, grill pans and cooking utensils are on hand, as are basic oils and spices. There is also a large outdoor sink and dish drying racks to make cleanup easy. We provide the wood for the grill. A limited number of camp dishware and utensils are available but you should come prepared with plates, cups, eating utensils and napkins.

Rest areas
Throughout the Farm you will come across thoughtfully placed lounging chairs and benches and picnic tables where you can take a break and enjoy the wonderful scenery. In fact, these are special places that were picked by our very own canine experts! Water stations are conveniently located and provide fresh water for you and your dog so you are refreshed and ready to venture around the next bend.
