Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Once booked, a deposit in the amount equivalent to one night's stay will not be refundable in the event
of any cancellation. There are no refunds if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the planned arrival
date. No refunds due to inclement weather.
