2012 Lodging Fees

The Canine Country Getaway is a unique off leash vacation experience tailored for dogs and dog lovers to enjoy the outdoors together in the peace and beauty of the countryside. Your lodging rental fees cover not just your accommodations, but also your enjoyment of the property that includes full use of the dining pavilion, pantry, bathroom, shower facilities, rest areas, agility field equipment and the Farm's miles and miles of trails, the winding creek, the pond and endless acres of fields and meadows -- the perfect backdrop for hiking, swimming and wading, playing fetch, birdwatching, relaxing, napping, and more, for you and your dog to indulge in.

Tent rental fees: sleeps 2

Small Cabin: sleeps 2

*September and October stays in cabins and cottages will incur a $25 fuel surcharge for heat.

To make your reservation, please complete the following 3 steps.

1. Complete and return the registration form:

2. Send in payment:
You're welcome to process your payment on-line at http://www.glenhighlandfarm.com/556430/Order.htm or you may send a check/money order (made payable to Highland Vue) to: Glen Highland Farm, 217 Pegg Road, Morris, NY 13808.

3. Send in proof of rabies vaccination or titer:
Proof of rabies vaccination or titer is required for each dog coming to visit the Farm.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-ins are from 3:00pm - 4:30pm only. We understand that you might encounter traffic problems or get lost, so please give us a courtesy call if you are running late. We pride ourselves on providing individualized attention to our campers, therefore we prefer all campers to check in on time so that one of the founders of Glen Highland Farm may give you a tour of the facility and get you settled in by 6pm. We cannot accept arrivals after 6 pm. If you are late and do not let us know, there will not be anyone to assist you upon your arrival and you will have to use other local accommodations and check-in the following morning.

Check-out is 11am. We ask that you vacate from your accommodations by 11am so that we may prepare for our next guests. Feel free to enjoy the rest of the property and even prepare a lunch in the pavilion before your departure.

Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once booked, a deposit in the amount equivalent to one night's stay will not be refundable in the event of any cancellation. There are no refunds if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the planned arrival date. No refunds due to inclement weather.
